Self-Mastery of Brainwaves for Optimal States of Consciousness (Advanced) Workshop

Information: This one day event will provide you with more advanced tools for achieving states of higher creativity, and easier access to the optimal states of consciousness. This experiential workshop will also provide you with feedback on your brainwave patterns along with customized practises which you can continue at home for optimal brainwave and consciousness development. Each participant will also receive coaching on heart coherence and stress reduction for health and well-being. Meditation coaching combined with EEG monitoring can help to regulate the process to develop self-mastery. As the third millennium begins, we have a multitude of technological resources. While technology improves beyond recognition, humankind is simultaneously undergoing an unprecedented evolutionary leap. Many people today are craving a return to a personal experience of spirituality, which would be an increased awakening of awareness. The Adventures in the Awakened Mind Workshop (see above) and this workshops combine these two streams, technology and spirituality, by using EEG, heart monitoring and meditation practices. Over twenty-five years of investigations into the brainwave patterns of "higher states of consciousness" have shown the interrelationship of brainwave frequencies that develop as this awakening occurs. This subtle and individualized combination of beta, alpha, theta, and delta can be identified, encouraged, and trained, which is what you will have a chance to do during these customized workshops. Problems which sometimes may occur with spiritual awakening - for example, inordinate "psychic" sensitivity and accelerated kundalini experiences - can be explained, developed and assisted by studying EEG.

Information: This one-day workshop will focus on various techniques for resolving trauma/PTSD, as covered in Dr. Gallo's book Energy Tapping for Trauma.
